Online Return Policy

All items must be returned to the original point of purchase, in their original condition. The below return policy applies to all orders placed through www.muratoridesigns.com. If an item was purchased outside of the Muratori Designs online store, it must be returned to the original point of purchase with a proof of purchase or receipt. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

All regular priced Muratori Designs products and accessories are satisfaction guaranteed. If not completely satisfied, you may get a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Our Manufacturer Guarantee

Muratori Designs guarantees that our products and accessories are free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for an exchange for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.

Within 30 days of purchase:

• All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
• Shipping charges for the exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged at no shipping expense to the customer.

After 30 days of purchase:

• Shipping charges for defective items returned after 30 days of purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
• The exchanged item will be returned at no additional cost to the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by contacting us at customerservice@muratoridesigns.com.
2. Please return the merchandise to us. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once Muratori Designs has received the returned item at the address provided by customer service. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE BOX BEING RETURNED; OTHERWISE IT WILL BE REFUSED AT THE DESTINATION.

If the item you are looking to exchange is no longer available you will be issued a credit for the value of the returned item. This credit can be used towards an item of equal of greater value within 6 months of the issue date. All items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the parcel will be refused and returned to sender. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once Muratori Designs has received the merchandise. All merchandise and products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
